There's oil on the aperture blades that makes the aperture sticky and slow. It has major fungus and haze inside that slightly affect image quality. The fungus has been UV-treated to neutralize it and prevent its spread. The focus is a bit dry and uneven, but it doesn't affect use much, it's otherwise okay.
