Manual focus telephoto lens made for V-series medium format SLR cameras introduced by Carl Zeiss for Hasselblad in 1982. This is the CF version of the older "C" Superachromat. The lens was a low production lens initially requested by the American space program. It uses one quartz flourite element and has exeptional correction of chromatic aberrations. It is optimized for technical and scientific IR photography. The focus ring moves past infinity to provide maximum flexibility in forcusing and to compensate for temperature differences. Metal body avialble in black (20193).
